 Best leader becomes one who develops decision making.

 At the time of failure the best leaders only rise.

 At the time of failure,the leaders show the right way,

A leader lessons more than his speak,

 When a leader tries to become smart,

 His team becomes weak.

 A leader should have equality,

 Giving equal rights to all,

 leaders should have communication ability,

 Giving a smart work call.

So, leaders should have quality

 Decision making,

 Responsibility taking.

 Accepting challenges,

 facing failures.

 speaking less.

 And most important teamwork and togetherness.

 The leaders became great not because of power,

 They became great through the ability of empowerment.

 If we need with compassion and quality,

 Then only we can turn the imagination of the New world into reality.
